利用規約（日本語正式版）

1. 適用

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Chrome拡張機能「Pick Engine」（以下「本拡張」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本拡張をインストールまたは利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

2. 無償提供およびサポート

本拡張は個人開発者により無償で提供されています。将来的な更新、機能追加、不具合修正、サポート対応および開発の継続性は保証されません。

3. 禁止事項

以下の行為を禁止します。

・リバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル・無断再配布・法令違反となる目的での利用・本拡張の不正利用

4. 無保証および責任の制限

本拡張は、現状有姿（as-is）で提供されます。動作の正確性、完全性、安全性、安定性、特定目的への適合性、他サービスや他拡張機能との互換性について、一切保証しません。振り分け先の検索エンジンの結果や、その提供者による検索語の取り扱いについて、開発者は責任を負いません。ブラウザの仕様変更等により、予期しない動作が発生する可能性があります。

責任の制限

本拡張の利用または利用不能により生じたいかなる損害についても、開発者は責任を負いません。

これには以下を含みますが、これらに限定されません。

・データの消失・業務の停止・逸失利益・間接損害・特別損害

そのため、開発者は法令上許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。万が一、法的に責任が認められる場合であっても、賠償額は0円を上限とします。

データの管理責任

本拡張はブラウザ環境上で動作します。保存した設定の消失・破損・誤動作が発生した場合でも、復旧・補償・技術的サポートは保証されません。重要な設定は、必要に応じてご自身で控えを取ってください。

5. 規約の変更

本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。

6. 準拠法および管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本拡張に関して紛争が生じた場合は、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

Terms of Use (English Translation – Reference Only)

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the Chrome extension “Pick Engine” (“the Extension”). By installing or using the Extension, you agree to these Terms.

2. Free Provision and Support

The Extension is provided free of charge by an individual developer. Future updates, feature improvements, bug fixes, support, and continuation of development are not guaranteed.

3. Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited:

Reverse engineering or decompilation
Unauthorized redistribution
Illegal use
Abuse or misuse of the Extension

4. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. No warranties are made regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, stability, fitness for a particular purpose, or compatibility with other services or extensions. The developer is not responsible for the results of the destination search engines or for how their providers handle search queries. Unexpected behavior may occur due to browser updates or environmental differences.

Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Extension.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Data loss
Business interruption
Loss of profits
Indirect damages
Special damages

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. If liability is legally recognized, the maximum compensation shall be zero (0) JPY.

Data Responsibility

The Extension operates within the browser environment. No recovery, compensation, or technical support is guaranteed in the event of loss, corruption, or malfunction of saved settings. Please keep your own copy of important settings as needed.

5. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be changed as necessary. Updated Terms take effect when published on this page.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to the Extension shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
