本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Preprint Publish Tracker（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本サービスは招待制です。招待を受けてアカウントを作成した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
アカウントの作成および利用は、.ac.jp のメールアドレスをお持ちの方に限ります。アカウントは本人だけが使用するものとし、他人に貸与・共有しないでください。
本サービスは、個人運営者（以下「運営者」）により無償で提供されています。 運営者は、本サービスの継続、更新、機能追加、不具合の修正、サポート対応を保証しません。事前の通知なく、本サービスの内容を変更し、または全部もしくは一部を停止・終了することがあります。
運営者は、利用状況や運営上の都合により、アカウントの停止または削除を行うことがあります。
次の行為を禁止します。
本サービスは、現状有姿（as-is）で提供されます。 出版の検出および通知は、arXiv、Crossref などの外部サービスのデータに依存します。そのため、出版の検出の正確性、完全性、即時性、通知の到達（メールの遅延、不達、迷惑メールとしての処理を含みます）を保証しません。重要な期限の管理には、本サービスだけに依存しないでください。
運営者は、本サービスの利用または利用不能により生じた損害について、法令上許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。ただし、運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合など、法令により責任を免れることができない場合は、この限りではありません。
本規約は、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。 変更後の規約は、本ページに掲載された時点で効力を生じます。重要な変更は、本サービス内のお知らせでも案内します。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。 本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合は、日本の裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set the conditions for using Preprint Publish Tracker (the “Service”). The Service is invitation only. By creating an account from an invitation, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts are available only to people with an .ac.jp email address. An account is for its owner alone; do not lend or share it.
The Service is provided free of charge by an individual (the “Operator”). The Operator does not guarantee that the Service will continue, be updated, gain features, have bugs fixed, or be supported. The Service may be changed, or suspended or ended in whole or in part, without prior notice.
The Operator may suspend or delete accounts depending on usage or operational needs.
The following are prohibited:
The Service is provided “as-is”. Detection of publication and notifications depend on data from external services such as arXiv and Crossref. No guarantee is given for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of detection, or for the delivery of notifications (including delay, non-delivery, or handling as spam). Do not rely on the Service alone to manage important deadlines.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. This does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be excluded, such as in cases of intent or gross negligence by the Operator.
These Terms may be changed as necessary. Updated Terms take effect when published on this page. Important changes are also announced inside the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
